Return Policy

Products can only be returned if they are defective or incorrect. To initiate a return, you must provide photos and an opening video as proof.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges can be requested within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Exchanges are only available for items of the same or higher value.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the returned item to us. 

The returned package must reach us within 14 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, contact our team within 3 days with:

  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Reason for exchange (include images for defective/incorrect items)

If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Important Notes:

  • Pre-order, made-to-order, stitched, and custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Only one exchange is allowed per item.
  • Sale items, fabrics, and sourced articles are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items not reported within the exchange window cannot be returned or exchanged.

Delivery Policy

Ensure someone is available to receive your order at the scheduled time. If unavailable, please make alternate arrangements. We are not responsible for issues due to missed deliveries.


Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us immediately to arrange an exchange.


Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued for damaged products with mandatory proof (opening video). Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.


Order Cancellation by HOUSE of SARAFA

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to incorrect pricing, out-of-stock items, or increased shipping/import costs.

  • Customers will be notified of cancellations.
  • Refunds will be processed for both completed and pending orders.

International Shipping, Exchange, and Returns

  • Orders for international delivery are non-refundable once processed.
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties and return shipping costs.
  • Tracking details will be provided upon shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for orders up to ₹6,500.
  • For orders exceeding ₹6,500, partial upfront payment may be required.

Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Delays in product delivery from the brand or designer are not eligible for cancellations; store credits may apply.
